Mode: in each gameweek every source votes for the player it projects highest (or best points per £m, if that is selected). The player with the most votes wins the gameweek, and the best pick is the player who wins the most gameweeks (source votes break ties). Shared votes and shared gameweek wins are split equally. A source only votes in a gameweek where it has a projection for every player being compared.
